Shipments and returns
Delivery your parcel shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving the payment and are shipped via DPD courier service. According to the legal provisions, the delivery will be made within 30 days from the receipt of the order but we will do our best to deliver within 1-2 working days. At the time of starting the order delivery action you will receive a link for online tracking of the delivery status of your package.
Shipping fees includes the cost of processing and packaging, as well as the costs of delivering the package to the address provided by you. The cost of processing is fixed, while the cost of transportation may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot group separate orders placed separately, so each single order will be subject to separate delivery costs.
The standard delivery price is 16.50 Ron for parcels weighing up to 3 Kg. In this case you have to use one of the payment form as online payment by card or bank transfer.
The standard delivery price with payment method COD (cash on delivery) is 19.50 Ron for parcels weighing up to 3 Kg.
Any additional Kg added will be extra charged with amount of 1.50 Ron per parcel.
The payment methods when delivering the orders available to customers are:
- COD - Cash On Delivery - cash on delivery payment where payment is made when the parcel reaches its destination;
- Payment by card directly to the courier when the parcel reaches its destination, if this payment system is available by the DPD courier service in your area;
- Bank transfer

6.5. Delivery: The buyer has the right not to accept the delivered goods if they do not comply with the technical details specified in the product page. In this case, Labyrinth Out Business Consulting srl assumes the responsibility of bringing the products to compliance.
6.6. The buyer will enter into the property of the goods after signing the transport document and making the payment (if this has not been made beforehand) to the courier.
Return policy
The return of the products is made in maximum 14 days, with a prior notification of us by email or phone. The waiver of purchase within 14 days may apply only to products delivered by courier.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all the accessories, with the labels intact and all the documents that accompanied it).
The customer will bear the direct costs related to the return of the products.
In addition, the customer will also be responsible for the following aspects:
- the additional costs involved in a different type of delivery than the standard one indicated, explicitly chosen by the customer;
- the possible decrease in the value of returned products resulting from their extra handling.
The reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within 14 days from the moment of making the return of the product, the product will be in our possession. If the product is returned in a state in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a fee for returning to the initial stage (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from the sale of the product as second-hand or, having the express option of the customer, we will redispatch the product, at his expense.
The return of the products can be made only through the agreed courier service, namely DPD. In the case of return by other methods more expensive than the normal shipping cost, the difference in the cost of transport is borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the value to be returned to the buyer.

6.8. Return of products: According to OUG no. 34/2014 the buyer has the possibility to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days starting from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product.
You have the possibility to return the product within this period, being mandatory that it be returned in its original packaging. For this you can fill in the return form made available in the Section My Account / Return of Goods or you can communicate to us your intention (unequivocal declaration) to return in any other way (in writing - envelope to the post, by e-mail, by phone, etc.).
In the return process, you can only use the agreed product shipping service, namely DPD. The use of other courier services for the return of the products may bring additional costs that will be fully borne by the User / Buyer.
6.9. Products that are not accepted upon return / waiver
- products showing physical changes, bumps, chippings, scratches, mechanical or electrical shocks (not marked as aesthetic defects within the first 48 hours after receipt of the product). Products that show physical changes, bumps, chippings, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return;
- products brought on firm special orders for the supply of which pre-payment was required;
- accumulators, ordinary light bulbs, halogen bulbs, xenon bulbs and LED bulbs removed from the original box;
- if several products of the same model have been purchased, returns shall be accepted only if just one product has been unsealed or unpacked;
- if a product from a promotional bundle is returned, only the difference between the base price and the promotional price of the returned product will be returned.
